I am a seasoned therapist, using a therapeutic style that I endeavor to be supportive, interactive and understanding. I provide a comfortable, confidential space for you to share your thoughts and concerns. I'm trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as I believe it offers the best approach for addressing how we cope with emotional distress and the BIG questions from our lives. When negative thoughts start to take over, it's important to understand their origins and to take them to a place of comfort and understanding, becoming the positive outcome you want them to be. I also employ Solution-focused/short-term therapy techniques so that the future YOU prefer is realized quickly.
