Imagine Lucy hugging Peanuts and where you are in the happy-continuum. Happiness is one thing to one person and something else to someone else. Happiness is a thumb and a blanket. All kidding aside whether you decide on read Charles Schulz's book or not, to know and experience true happiness is to determine what it is for you. Is it, for you, collecting material things? How about gettiing a promotion or a raise? Maybe for you it may be having a root beer float at a "Nifty 50's" or, listening to a favorite song, taking a drive to the mountains and viewing the magnificent landscape. I was disabled last Summer having experienced a leg and ankle fracture. Dependent on others; dependent on a wheelchair, knee scooter, walker, crutches. Happiness for me...I can walk again without assistance. The point is...that happiness is the realization that each moment or moments brings you contentment and satisfaction. It's there for you to acknowledge and hold onto. It puts that smile on your face. And in the meantime, go enjoy that warm puppy.
