For some calm when you need it, or just plain want to experience it, check out www.calm.com for meditative Naturescapes. It's FREE, and there is a timer for 2, 5, 10, 15 or 20 minute sessions. You can choose from a number of images if one in particular doesn't suit your fancy. Very relaxing. Try some guided imagery when you're feeling stressed or you just want to relax. I know there's an I-Phone app.; however, I'm not sure if it works on Androids. If it does, would you let me know... Enjoy!

You bet! As a therapist, I help my client to identify those destructive (basically not helpful to have or think about) thoughts, and for them to understand why they're not rational and together, as a partnership, my client and I work together to change the unhealthy thoughts to healthy ones. Sounds good, doesn't it? It really does work. We all get depressed from time to time. However, with the right tools and techniques, symptoms from depression can be lessened dramatically or cease totally.
