Take time out of your busy day to really savor the delicious food that you eat, smell the flowers, listen to the birds sing, or the rain fall and notice its scent, look up to the blue sky and the billowy clouds, take time to watch the leaves fall and make a special point to see the Fall colors. Wherever you are, whatever you are doing, take the time each day to really be mindful, take notice and express gratitude. Change the negatives into positives. Life is only for so long.
