Do people who have a negative outlook live as long as people who are happy, upbeat, positive? Research studies indicate that happy, positive people tend to live longer lives. That makes sense, doesn't it? And what I found absolutely fascinating is that "happiness" has as much influence on longevity, as obesity has on lessening one's life span. Having positive feelings and enjoying life, in fact, has even more influence on longevity.
