Whistle While You Walk
If you have ever watched someone walking with their arms swinging from side to side, it's hard to imagine that person being depressed. A depressed person, usually walks slowly, head somewhat downward, and their arms aren't usually swinging. If you're feeling a little bit "down," try swinging your arms and pick up your speed. You'll feel better AND you'll be getting some exercise too.
